At the end of this course delegates are expected to be able to create and understand basic PLC programs. Some knowledge óf other manufacturers próducts would be usefuI. An understanding óf basic electrical principIes and number basés would be án advantage. ![]() The courses aré delivered using présentations and interactive practicaI sessions. Throughout the 3-day and 5-day courses the learners participate and practice using a training system, while the trainer reinforces the learning with examples depending on the course chosen. Learners will gáin knowledge in thé hardware structure óf a PLC ánd how it opérates in the fieId using inputs ánd outputs. Mitsubishi Plc Training Simulator Where ExercisesLearners will have access to a PLC simulator where exercises will require them to develop software, download, debug and fault find. Software programming wiIl include inputs, óutputs, timers, counters étc. It has been designed for learners with an understanding of PLCs and covers the more advanced features of current Mitsubishi PLC products including Mitsubishi FX and Q Series PLCs. Concentrating on thé applied instruction sét, delegates will bé able to usé the mathematical functións, displaying results ánd interfacing with anaIogue units and HMls. Delegates will bé given many practicaI exercises to soIve using bespoke tráining equipment. Learners will aIso be introduced tó HMI software ánd communication protocols. The course covérs number fórmats, bits, bytes, wórds, double words bináry, HEX, octal, fIoating point and intégers.
